Subscribe & Save

Simply choose which flavours you want and how many boxes you need, and we’ll deliver them to your door as often as you like. 

Whether you want to try new flavours, change your delivery date, order more boxes or press pause for a while, the Subscribe & Save is fully flexible to suit your needs. 

Can I gift a Subscribe & Save to friends and family? 

You will first need to activate the Subscribe & Save yourself. Once you have activated the Subscription and set up payment details, visit My Account , Subscribe & Save, where you can change the Delivery Details. Please remember, it is still your Subscription and only you can make any further changes to future deliveries. 

When will I receive my first delivery? 

Once you have activated your Subscribe & Save, we’ll get your first delivery on its way as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive. Further deliveries will be sent every 30 days thereafter. 

How will I know a delivery is coming? 

We will always send you an email 5 days before your next order is due to despatch. This allows you time to make any changes you need in the My Account, Subscribe & Save area. You can do this up until midnight on the day before your next delivery is due to despatch. 

How often can I have a delivery? 

You can choose from every week,  every 2 weeks, every month or every 3 months. The good news is that once you have chosen and activated your Subscription, you can change the date of your next delivery, skip your next delivery and even pause or cancel your Subscription. It’s completely flexible and we’ll only send deliveries as you ask. 

Can my delivery come any sooner than my next despatch date?

Yes. Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. Select Send Now and we’ll get a delivery to you within 5 working days. This will not change the date of your next scheduled delivery, which will still arrive as usual unless you make any further changes to your Subscription. 

Can I change the date of my delivery?

Yes. Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. Select Change Date and just tell us what date works for you. That’s when we’ll despatch your next order, and you’ll need to allow 5 working days for delivery. 

Can I skip an order?

Yes. Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. Select Skip Order and we won’t send your next delivery. After that, deliveries will resume again unless you make any further changes to your Subscription.

How do I remove an item from my next scheduled delivery?

Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. If you select Remove Item, we will remove that item from your next scheduled delivery only. You’ll get a pop up to confirm when your next scheduled delivery after that will be.

How do I pause or take a break from my Subscription?

Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. Select Pause Subscription and you can select any future date when it’s convenient for you to start again. 

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save?

Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see what items you have scheduled for repeat delivery. Select Cancel Subscription. We are always sorry to see you go, so we’ll just ask you for the reason why you have decided to cancel your Subscription. This helps us to get things right in the future. 

Can I restart a Subscription that I have previously cancelled?

Of course. Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Here you can see any inactive Subscriptions you have. Click to Reactivate and we’ll be delighted to welcome you back! 

When can I make changes to my Subscription? 

Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. You can make any changes up until midnight the day before your despatch date. 

How do I change or update my payment card details?

Visit My Account, Subscribe & Save. Select Billing. You are now in your Wallet where you can either use an existing Saved card or Add a New Card.

Can you send my despatches on a Next Day delivery service?

This is Standard Delivery, for which we ask that you allow 3-5 working days

I’m starting a Subscribe & Save, can I check out as a Guest?

Your Subscription is an on-going commitment, so we do need to take and safely store your payment card details for your future deliveries. You cannot do this through Guest Checkout.

What happens if I select Send Now?

We’ll despatch a delivery to you straight away, that will arrive within 3-5 working days. This will not alter your regular deliveries, and the date of your next despatch will remain unchanged. This is great for topping up your regular delivery, if you ever run short. 

How do I pay for my Subscription?

We want to make this quick and easy for you, so will need to securely store a valid credit/debit card. We will take payment only when we despatch your order from this card. If your card expires, we will let you know and tell you how to update your details. If we try to take your payment and it is unsuccessful, we will let you know and your delivery will not be sent. Your Subscription is an ongoing financial commitment and unfortunately, we cannot accept Apple Pay as a method of payment. 

I can’t find Subscribe & Save on your website?
Visit our website www.alexsbakery.co.uk. If you select one of our products that are part of this promotion, we will immediately give you the option to have this delivered as a Repeat Delivery. Simply select this and go to Basket and we’ll take your through the joining process.
Can I use a discount or offer code against my Subscription?

No. Subscribe & Save is excluded from all offers and discounts. 

Is the Subscribe & Save available outside of the UK?

At this time, deliveries are only available to UK addresses. 

Need anything else?

When you visit My Account and manage your Subscribe & Save, we will ask if you need anything else. You can add selected other items from our best sellers into your next scheduled delivery. 

What happens if I am not happy with my Subscribe & Save?

We hope you will be delighted with the convenience of enjoying our products as and when you want it. However, if you are unhappy with any item you receive, or your delivery has not arrived please contact us here or call  0800 9750280.
